About us
Meet Nick & Isabel! The husband and wife team behind Nor’easter Barbecue & Sweets! They met in 2014 while they were students at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI.
Nick was born and raised in the North Shore of Massachusetts. Mainly working in fine dining for most of his career he fell in love with BBQ early on in college. After years on the fine dining scene, he packed up his tweezers and moved to Lubbock, TX. The smoke trail led to Lubbock, then Portland, OR and now back home here in the North Shore. Isabel was born and raised in Medellin, Colombia. She fell in love with baking at a young age, making bread with her Dad. That passion led her to Johnson & Wales; which spring-boarded her into working in French bakeries and hotels all over the East Coast.
With our combined expertise we look forward to making your next catered event, outing or even date night one to savor.
